4 steps to buying your home

Speak to us first before you start your house search. We can help determine how much you are able to borrow, provide you with an Agreement In Principle from a lender so you can confidently put in an offer in on your dream property and not be let down because you haven’t done this.

Now you have your Agreement In Principle you can confidently put in an offer on your dream property! Once your offer is accepted we will then start the mortgage application with the recommended lender. Be assured we will find you the cheapest and most suitable deal out there for you.

At this point whilst we are gathering your personal documents and preparing your application you will need to instruct solicitors. We can even do this for you to save time and give you less things to do!

Now leave it with us. We liaise with the lender on your behalf, supplying all the necessary information and documents to get you through the underwriting and surveying process. Our focus is to get you a formal mortgage offer!
